I really appreciate this topic, It’s so difficult to know how best to help your child learn to the best of his/her ability and having this resource is a great start. I have found that a blend of all learning styles has worked best for my five children.

I really enjoyed reading your article on the different learning styles. I am a homeschooling mom going on three years now, I have three sons ages 8, 7, and 5. My sons all have different learning styles; visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, so teaching to fit their individual needs has been difficult, but enjoyable! We are looking forward to our 2020-2021 school year! God bless you and yours and thanks for the information and suggestions on curriculum!

I would like you to research / add some options for curriculium. I have one child who is visual/auditory learner and he did best with these:

Science: scienceshepherd.com
Spelling: Sequential,Spelling-dvd option…it color codes blends, endings, etc.
Math: ctcmath.com

My other child is an Auditory/kinetic learner and also uses same math and science programs however he did best with these differences:

Spelling: A Reason for Spelling
History: Rush Revere Audiobooks (website has was to dig deeper)
Science: Johnathan Parks Audiodrama (website offers study guides)
Also Lego WeDo is great for handson learning.
